Sara Anderson Associate
As an associate, Sara Anderson is a crucial member of the firm’s pharmaceutical and medical devices litigation group. Within this practice area, Ms. Anderson concentrates on cases involving Granuflo, as well as other dangerous pharmaceutical and medical products, reviewing documents and providing critical case research.
While at the Widener University School of Law, Ms. Anderson served as a research assistant to the Director of the Veterans Law Clinic. In this capacity, she helped create and coordinate a nationwide survey of veterans courts, which were modeled after drug treatment and mental health courts. Using the data collected in this study, Ms. Anderson co-authored “Veterans Courts: Early Outcomes and Key Indicators for Success,” as a resource for social workers who assist veterans. While in law school, Ms. Anderson was also a law clerk at the firm Williamson, Clune & Stevens in Ithaca, NY
Outside the Courtroom
Ms. Anderson is active in the AAJ Women Trial Lawyers Caucus. In addition, she volunteers with Good Samaritan Advocates, which provides free legal help to low-income individuals in the D.C. area.
