Metro Rail Directions:
Take the Washington, DC, Metro red line to the White Flint Metro stop (note: when coming outbound on the red line from downtown DC, be sure to board a train destined for Shady Grove; Grosvenor-bound trains run the same direction but turn around before the White Flint station). One Central Plaza is a few blocks south of the metro station at the corner of Rockville Pike and Security Lane (across from White Flint Mall). Driving Directions:
One Central Plaza is located just outside Washington, DC, in Montgomery County, Maryland, near the Capitol Beltway (Route 495) at 11300 Rockville Pike (Route 355) at the corner of Security Lane.

From Frederick:

Take 270 south and exit onto Montrose Road east (Exit 4A). Turn right on Rockville Pike/Rte. 355. After approximately 1/2 to 1 mile, turn right on Security Lane; One Central Plaza or 11300 Rockville Pike is the building occupying the whole block on your left on Security Lane. Enter the parking garage using the second entrance on the left (marked visitors). Parking costs $6 per day. 

From Baltimore:

Take I-95 south to I-495 west (toward Silver Spring). Take Exit 34 (Rockville/Bethesda), which merges into Rockville Pike/Rt. 355 (northbound). Proceed for approximately 1-1½ miles. You'll see White Flint Mall on your right. Turn left at the traffic light on Security Lane across from White Flint Mall; One Central Plaza or 11300 Rockville Pike is the building occupying the whole block on your left on Security Lane. Enter the parking garage using the second entrance on the left (marked visitors).

From Virginia:

Take I-495 across the (Cabin John) American Legion Bridge. At the Split, take I-270 north (local lanes) towards Frederick. Exit onto Montrose Road east. Turn right on Rockville Pike/Rte. 355. After almost 1 mile, you'll see White Flint Mall on your left. Turn right on Security Lane across from White Flint Mall; After you turn right, One Central Plaza or 11300 Rockville Pike is the building occupying the whole block on your left on Security Lane. Enter the parking garage using the second entrance on the left (marked visitors).

From Washington:

Take Wisconsin Avenue north; Wisconsin Ave. becomes Rockville Pike/Rt. 355. One Central Plaza is approximately 1-1½ miles after you cross over I-495. As you approach you'll see White Flint Mall on your right. Turn left at the light on Security Lane across from White Flint Mall; One Central Plaza or 11300 Rockville Pike is the building occupying the whole block on your left on Security Lane. Enter the parking garage using the second entrance on the left (marked visitors).
