In 1953, Ashcraft & Gerel started out handling mainly workers’ compensation cases in the District of Columbia. In the years since, we have grown to almost 40 lawyers throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District, handling a vast array of plaintiff’s personal injury cases, mass torts, and lawsuits under the U.S. False Claims Act against companies committing fraud against the United States as part of our whistleblower or qui tam practice. Recently, we have expanded again, extending our representation of working people to wage and hour claims.
