Case Highlights

Mr. Lind has a reputation for succeeding where others have failed.

After their workers’ compensation claims have been denied, individuals come to Ashcraft & Gerel seeking Mr. Lind’s assistance with having unfavorable decisions overturned after an appeal.

His work on complex personal injury matters has also helped our clients secure significant verdicts and settlements.

Presenting one such complex case to the firm, one client lost control of his motorcycle after striking water utility construction debris left in the roadway, then flipped over the handlebars, and sustained a serious neck injury. Mr. Lind persevered through a lengthy and tedious discovery process, investigating and reviewing extensive records produced by the water utility contractor, which ultimately, resulted in a very favorable settlement with the insurance company for the water utility contractor responsible for the debris left in the roadway.

Early Years

Following two years of practice in the area of insurance defense litigation, Mr. Lind began representing injured individuals and continues with this focus today.
